Going Downhill Quickly

I recently moved into this complex. I relocated from Georgia to Colorado Springs. This apartment on the exterior looks great. It appears to be semi new unfortunately with new construction comes construction grade apartments. I have noticed I can hear everything from dogs barking below me to neighbors playing excessively loud music as early as 6 AM on the weekends. I have only been here for a couple of months and I feel like the apartment complex is on Downward spiral. I have noticed recently... excessive amounts of trash and litter around the complex. The parking lot spaces are very narrow and small. I can barely fit my car between the painted white lines. It is apparently OK by management to have broken down cars in the parking lot and people use it to fix and repair their vehicles.

I gave this apartment a two star rating mostly because of noise , The complex is perpendicular to Highway 21 there is an extremely significant Traffic flow outside the complex it’s extremely noisy. You cannot keep your windows open on a cool day.
The layout of the apartment is pretty good. I’m happy with that. It’s spacious for an apartment however it is extremely expensive for what you get. the refrigerators extremely small. The oven doesn’t work all the time for a new appliance one would think that wouldn’t be an issue. In the kitchen, the stainless steel sink is out of balance and doesn’t properly drain, which is just a construction flaw.

There is an in unit, washer and dryer located off the kitchen, which is conveniently placed well however extremely loud the dryer probably irritates my neighbors when it’s running, but there’s nothing I can do about it.
