The best place I've lived

My partner and I moved in a few months ago, and we absolutely love living here. Honestly, when we first toured the property, we were just curious because it was brand new and did not expect to actually move in. But after seeing the space in person and having such positive interactions with Chelbi, Julia, and the property manager Taneika, we applied the same day and moved in as soon as we could!
One thing I really appreciate is that what you see is what you get. I have lived in complexes before...
that put on a great show during the tour, only for the experience to fall short once you move in. That has not been the case at The Aven.. The staff are just as wonderful as they were when we toured, and the property is consistently clean and well maintained. This has been a 5-star experience with 5-star customer service and amenities. Oh and the view from the property is incredible. Mountain views while I drink wine and sit in the hot tub? Say less.
Of course, with any new build, there are a few early maintenance issues, but they have been resolved quickly and professionally. The management team is proactive, responsive, and clearly invested in making the community even better than it already is. They continue to bring in new amenities, host workout classes, and plan community events, which have actually been really fun. I am not usually someone who attends these kinds of things, but the team has genuinely created a welcoming, close knit community. The neighbors here are amazing people.
I want to take another moment to acknowledge the leasing staff for their professionalism, hard work, and commitment to excellence. They deal with a lot of different types of people yet still somehow manage to offer the best customer service.
We do not see ourselves moving anytime soon. I am truly grateful to live in such a clean and beautiful community.
