Management is useless, security doesn’t do their job, and the entire complex is gross.

The management here is the worst, they do not care at all about their residents. Please save yourself the headache.

Hello, here is my story, I hope it helps. I had lived at the lodges for a year, and that’s about all I could bare. The hallways were constantly filled with dog poop, trash, and other gross stuff depending on the day. Additionally, my roommates partook in smoking, constantly, I informed management and they did practically nothing, although smoking in the apartment violated their lease. Management sent a little letter that basically told them to stop.
I wrote so many emails because I’m asthmatic... and they were going to charge me to move into a different apartment. Along with smoking my roommates violated almost all of the other rules and again the lodges sent a tiny little notice letter asking them to stop. Worst experience of my life, I had to get doctors notes to terminate my lease because I couldn’t live in an apartment where the roommates hot boxed the apartment every night and where the management of the establishment wouldn’t take action and help a resident when the other tenants were directly violating clauses in their leases. It has good rooms with your own bathrooms with a lot of benefits including gym pool!

When I moved in my heater wasn't working but maintenance has not gotten it resolved after taking several months. The apartment was dirty and wasn't cleaned prior to signing the lease. The amenities are nice and nice people at the leasing office. I've had a terrible experience here dealing with a roommate that smokes weed in the room causing everything to smell terrible. The lease agreement does say 100% smoke free indoors.
