Moved out in 2006 & even though I had to break my lease they made it easy & painless. The staff was patient & courteous even when I was in the hospital. It’s been 11 years since I’ve lived there & it’s still remains the best apartment I ever had.

Giving 4 starts because there is no playground. :( Other than that, I like living here. No pet rent is great. Office staff, Casey and Sharon, are good people. The maintenance Team are great too. Two Pools, no Laundry in 1 bedrooms but there are laundry facilities in the building and now there's and app for that!!! NO more worrying if you have quarters! YEAH. the gym is pretty good and they have a playroom for kids if you need to bring them with you. Neighbors are friendly. Over all I really... enjoy living here. Also, the prices are some of the best in a part of town you would feel safe in.

This has been my best apaertment experience I have ever had. The staff is amazing and super accommodating. The perks here are stellar. I have never had any problems and I've lived here over 2 years now. Sharon and Casey have been wonderful. Even the maintenance are great. Dar and Rob go above and beyond to fix or repair what you need.
The layout is great! I had a friend tell me she thinks it's bigger than her house. The balconies are huge as well. And the lawns are always plush and green. I see... deer quite often and pulpit rock is a hop away. Not to mention it's right off of Academy so easy to get anywhere.
I will miss this place when we eventually get a house but I'm not looking forward to moving from here for a good while.

If you're looking for a great first apartment, this is the perfect apartment for you! A one bedroom/one bath is not too big but not too small. The management is extremely helpful and friendly and the rent is affordable. You can also bring your pets and not have to worry about month to month pet rent! The grounds are kept in beautiful condition with a clean clubhouse and 2 large pools. It is very close to the university and downtown. This is a wonderful, quiet, and quaint place to reside!
