It’s a beautiful apartment, but tenants have already messed it up only being in there for four months. The whole place smells like weed, kids, throwing rocks at cars, food, and trash being left on the stairs and on the sidewalk towards the entrance of each building. There’s been homeless people jumping over the fence and camping in the grass. They also having some difficulties processing money orders, and cashier checks that they require to be submitted in full and will send you an eviction... letter because it hasn’t processed on their end.
