Ashdon Property Management got into a bidding war and overpaid for this property. Because they made a bad business decision with their purchase they were "forced" to more than double our rent to make the numbers work for them. While legal it is very unethical and bad business practice to gouge innocent people and families like this. They did not care that I am a single parent or was a longtime tennant with a perfect track record. I am extremely disappointed with how cold and heartless they... treated us and their lack of communication. General maintenance of the property went downhill very quickly as well. The sidewalks were not being shoveled in winter time causing dangerous conditions for everyone living there. I heard several other neighbors complaining about this same issue and also how there was a dead squirrel left for months right next to the main walkway. They are just another greedy company that only sees dollar signs and will not spend the extra money to make a nice living space for their tennants. Beware of Ashdon Property Management they are not to be trusted!!!
