A year ago, I would have given this apartment and amenities a 10 out of 5. The only positives I have to say are the apartments themselves are extremely nice. Also the location is kind of tucked away with nothing but open land behind them. New management is more focused on cutting corners and introducing new fee after new fee. Tenants are no longer known by name, and community events have gone away. Sadly, with new management I would NOT recommend to new tenants.

Best Apartments to live in
I lived at Auburn Brook for 2 years and I loved it. The staff was great, always working to help me out as soon as I was moving in. Ken, one of the maintenance men, was amazing. He was always so friendly and was so quick to get requests done, usually same day or the next day. The apartments are so clean and new, and gorgeous views of castle rock. The property was kept clean, neighbors are really great, pretty quiet area, and the managers were great about snow removal in the winter. Highly highly... highly recommend this place, I will miss it.
