Nice apartments, unfair price jump” The apartment was very beautiful and very spacious. I had found my first apartment in America. I wanted to stay there for three to four years, but unfortunately, the prices suddenly went up a lot. When I lived in other places, they would go up by $50. Here, they went up by $200 all at once. This is unfair. I had to pull the strings. I wish I could stay for four years.

The new management,maintenance, and security are top-notch now. They making great changes keeping things up improving security systems from the garage doors to the door entry systems, even hands on security officer Mr. William. This new managerment team is working extremely hard to turn things around. I can sure it. Thank you Natsha,Juliette,Jolie,William ,Kenny hardest working maintenance man ever and all the other supporting team members I don't know. This Team "Rocks". Thank you team. Thank... you Morguard. I do believe we may stay for another year,just as long as our rent doesn't increase extremely. No increase would be nice also.

BED BUGS!
BED BUGS are infested in numerous apartments. They have been attempting to treat the issue but have done not nearly enough to rid the infestation. Apartments have been treated numerous times over the last few months and they are nowhere near to being gone. They should be eliminating the source of the infestation, which clearly they aren’t if they can’t get ride of them. NO STARS! . I only put 1 cause I had to put something. Just terrible
