I love my apartment! The inside is great. Updated kitchen, fireplace, balcony. The reason i give it 3 stars is for the neighbors and the neighborhood. Very loud neighbors blasting music at night. Garbage on the ground. Homeless people going through garbage. If these apartments were in a different area, I’d give 5 stars.

Apartments are Great
Office staff are friendly and welcoming, I've never had a problem with them. The area is also very convenient, there's a trail right behind and various shopping centers within 10min. Maintenance has also been very prompt and efficient. They arrive the same day you call! The only downfall is parking. Past 5pm there are no spaces available.

Horrible service Rent is always going up The Apparmets online look nice but in person is ugly and old and you never find a parking

Town dump
If your looking for cheap, you got it. Trash everywhere, bug infestations (bed bugs in the laundry room), no one picks up after there dog. Horible ever changing managment, lazy maintenance workers. Plumbings always over flowing. No parking and if you find a spot someone will key your car. Management tries towing cars for day old expired tags. Police and firefighters are called in weekly for shoot outs or burning buildings. I strongly advise you to look somewhere else, it's not worth the price.
