Disappointing experience with Colonial Garden Appartment's leasing office. We scheduled an appointment for two consecutive days, but it was a waste of time both times. On the first day, the office was closed with no one showing up. On the second day, we arrived on time, viewed the apartment, and were told it was already taken. It would have been helpful to know beforehand, making our tour pointless. Poor communication and organization. Not impressed.

Apartments aren’t *Smoke free *
Maintenance workers smoke cigarettes while making repairs to the apartments. This isn’t a clean from smoke free apartments at all !! Maintenance workers are very messy and dirty while making repairs to the apartments . They leave a mess all the time. Also never fix the problems right you need to be requesting every week until they fix problems.

My slice of nature in the city
When I think of the word community, Colonial Garden Apartments comes to mind. The redwoods trees are a reminder that I’m not in a complete concrete jungle. That said, I love being so close to shops and restaurants in town. It’s truly a one of a kind community. I highly recommend anyone looking for an apartment, to move to Colonial Garden!

Under new owners
Wouldn’t advise anyone to move in here! I was a tenant for 2 years and they randomly gave me a 60 day to vacate so they could “remodel” my already remodeled apartment. Dumpsters are always full, there’s no on site manager. Luckily they do fix things pretty fast but that’s about the only good thing they do.
