Expensive considering unreliable parking The Eaglewood Apartments are quite expensive considering the unreliable parking situation. It is often difficult to find a spot late at night, which is frustrating given the monthly rent. The units themselves are decent, but the lack of consistent, accessible parking makes the overall value of living here much lower than expected.

The staff here is great. Ragan is the best - She's always patient and friendly, and answers all of my questions. She's professional and knowledgeable. The apartment is great, and they're responsive to problems. It's always the people who are the most important part of a good community, and I appreciate Ragan's ability to anticipate my needs, and provide the information I need. Thanks! !for making me

It feels relaxing and enjoyable, I love using the gym when needed and I adore the view on the outside of the apartment, it’s breeze and calming at the same time. Recommend

Avoid if possible
This place has some decent units, but be careful so you don't get into the horrible ones! I recently transferred apartments within the complex and was given a unit that was barely cleaned or maintained. After a lot of "we professionally cleaned it and it is fine", the management acknowledged the issue and allowed me to transfer to another apartment that was clean, but it was not really what I wanted.
They will also keep all of your deposit when you move out and won't send you the itemized list... of expenses with receipts within 21 days, which is legally required in CA. After I specifically asked for receipts, they admitted that they didn't have them and needed to wait a week to produce them for only part of the deposit. And those receipts still did not show that the work was done within 21 days of moving out.
It is very hard to make the management here understand anything and this place seems to be going downhill. (Ragan at the front desk, however, is fantastic!) Avoid if you have an alternative.
