We have been living here for more than 6 months and we have not encountered any problems, except for small expected things. This is a newer 4 story 91 units complex building built in 2011 with 2 elevators.Staff are great and strict on rules which is great. There is no pool but who needs it.There is a clubhouse which you could reserve for gatherings as long as you book it in advance without a fee but to keep it tidy after. Very comfortable apartment to live in. Coming from a house which is... stressful, this apartment living gives you more time to relax and bonding with family. Parking is Great as well.
