Make sure you ask to see the actual apartment they are offering you! The apartments look nothing like the model. That refuse to replace carpet. They continue to “stretch” and shampoo it. It’s the most embarrassing thing ever, to have worn abs unfit carpet. They charge an arm and a leg to “glaze” the tub when all they do is paint it. The jacuzzi seems as if it never serviced. The gym is nice but is never cleaned. There’s no sanitizer spray or paper towels in the gym ever. They leave the gates... open and hardley ever wash the halls.

Love how peaceful and calming it is. Do not have to worry about anything. Love being able to talk to everyone and feel welcomed. Like how everyone says hi, also love being able to make friends with my neighbors

Great environment, management, and services. Clean and efficient energy improvements. Parking is a hassle but they offer EV parking. Great amenities.

My experience here has been very good, in January it will be 1 year living here now and it has been great. I wish the Gym was a little bigger and that it had like boxing area other then that is good, my dog is happy and so is my family.
