Our apartment has been very good to us the past 2 years. It's small and humble, but nice. They genuinely do a great job maintaining it. A garage comes with apartment at no extra cost--so convenient! Size just depends on if you have a 1 or 2 bedroom. Additional parking can be hard in the front but theres always a parking open on the side street with a brisk 2-3 minute walk. Everything is paid minus electric which is hard to come by these days. There's a sparkling pool & on site laundry open 24... hours! The complex is pleasantly quiet a majority of the time...occasionally kids in the pool or landscapers but not a lot. The managers are friendly and helpful! Although we personally would like a bigger place as our family grows these apartments have helped us live comfortably while keeping the rent the lowest in our area!
