The apartments are very nice inside. Unfortunately things here have changed since I've moved in. I moved in back in 2019 and it was always clean, quiet and management helped whenever there was an issue. When they changed to a different management office back in March of 2020 things went down hill. At first I thought it was because of covid restrictions and maybe things would turn around but it's just gotten worse. The hallways are really dirty and sticky, people smoking in the pool area after... hours and no one on site to really talk to about any issues. The furniture in the pool area is broken and same for the trash cans in that area. Just not the same when I first moved in. For the price of these luxury apartments they're aren't very well kept. I wish the owner didn't switch to this new management. It seems like they could care less about the cleanliness of this place or the fact that a car with flat tires has been parked in guest parking for over 2 months maybe longer.

Won't Even Respond
I've tried showing up in person, calling multiple phone numbers listed, putting in a request via apartments.com to tour the place. I've yet to hear back. You'd think with such new apartments, management would want people to fill them.
Even when showing up we wandered around kind of aimlessly because the leasing office is not even marked. There needs to be new management or something, because this is ridiculous.

Never showed up
My husband and I came all the way down from the Bay Area to get a tour of these apartments but the tenant never showed up we kept calling and calling but nobody picked up. Our appointment was originally at 10:00 am and we were waiting until 11:30 and there was no sight of him and not to mention the leasing office is so hard to find, we accidentally knocked on someones apartment thinking it was the office. All I can say is if the tenant couldn’t even show up to give us the tour he had scheduled... with us I can only imagine what kind of tenant he is once you live there. So irresponsible and such a waist of our time, don’t recommend coming here.
