Good Complex, horrible neighbors

I made the mistake of moving in here in September and a week after moving in, it was clear it was the biggest mistake ever. The tenant above me has made my life miserable. I never went to be home. They’re loud, smoke weed inside and make my apartment stink, stomp around more than a baby elephant and they allow their children to run and jump at 7am on weekends. Lots of their alcohol and drug paraphernalia has blown off of their patio onto mine and it’s only been a couple of months.
To top things...
off, there was a racial slur written on my car (in the dust on my car) and I’m thinking not much will be done to resolve any of this. I’m documenting all of this in hopes that I’ll be able to fight and be let out of the lease with no fault so I can move somewhere that has people with home training & more common sense.
