The Medici has a great property that is like a park with beautiful landscaping. It’s fairly quiet and so close to shops and restaurants yet is in a nice neighborhood.

Beautiful place, a lot of greenery, nice people and great service. I went looking for a nice balcony and found it:).

If you constantly want to hear dogs barking all day and night this is the place for you.

Good luck with quiet time. Waking up everyday to the sound of a neighbors dog barking isn't so fun. The leasing office has been informed numberous times and yet nothing gets done about this issue. Its very annoying and frustrating especially since I work late nights and can never get to sleep in due to this noise, its such a joke.

I've lived here over a year with my husband. The apartment is great, yes it is older, but it meets all of our needs and it is quite spacious! However, the staff does not follow through with anything written in the lease agreement. The parking here is a nightmare, and it is compounded by the fact that the staff doesn't do anything to stop it. They could tow, but they don't. As someone who tries to follow the rules, it is very difficult for me to see this. And if you ask the staff what the issue... is, they say "oh okay." And the staff doesn't have to pay rent or utilities, and they get as many parking spaces as they need!

So bottom line if you are a rule follower this might not be for you. Read More
