Current management, Sylvia and Robert, need to make changes in their character and management skills. How is there 2 managers yet not 1 can answer a phone call. Repairs are not getting done and laundry machines do not have hot water. I have never experienced such horrible management, residents at this place are discontent. It's unfair that we have to deal with unprofessional and unfriendly management in our homes.
I really hope someone who cares reads this and makes some serious changes.

Horrible Management
My family has been living here for a good amount of time, and everything used to be fine and pleasant. Over the past couple of years, however, there has been a change in management for the worse.
Parking went up from $15 to $100 per spot with less than a week's notice. All cars unaccounted for were presumed to be towed. Lawyers sent out legal warnings to people for things they claim to not have any connection to, like towing cars out of parking spots. Last I checked, towing companies needed... management approval before towing anything from a premise.
On top of it all, the managers at the location lack basic communication skills. From being literally too slow to process any basic questions such as: why are we being charged for this? Why is the water shut off? Why wasn't I notified about these fees before rent was due? Then the most recent manager simply got into a shouting fit with some neighbors and stomped off. She refused to talk or answer any questions unless they were to her liking. Any sort of conflict is meant to be dealt with by bending over and accepting their demands.
