I believe this company DOES NOT adhere to state or federal fair housing laws by passively but actively implement discretionary discrimination in housing based on our disability status with our ongoing issue. After leaving this review, a complaint will be filed with the BBB and California Attorney General's office.

The property we signed a lease with back in February of 2025 is currently undergoing remodeling and rebranding of all their community. At the time of this review, there are 40 units... available to rent; according to the official website, with 58 total units in the community. If I do the math correctly, that is around a 68.97% availability rate. We toured the community initially with the on-site community manager and made them aware of our disability status They knew there were other units more suitable for our daily challenges and suggested them but was unaware of when those units would be available and encouraged us to apply for a a unit anyway. During our few months here with this disastrous property we had to signe three leases: two leases for a different unit and one for our current that we transferred to. Our request to transfer to an available higher priced unit more suitable for our challenges are now being denied. We were told that this company does not allow unit transfers and we were NOT OFFERED another solution. This does not make sense since we are willing to spend more money with this company and the company is actively denying our request with NO ORHER SOLUTIONS PROVIDED.

Is that a good business model?

Sine we actually did transfer from one unit to this one; then subsequently gaslight and stonewalled with this issue, intentionally vague lease agreement, errors in paperwork, undertrained on site manager, unwillingness to entertain our transfer request with an almost 70% availability in the community and unfulfilled maintenance requests, we are not looking forward to our time here during the remainder of our lease term.
