We’ve lived here since they opened… and let’s just say, it’s not worth the price whatsoever. Management are good people but their higher up’s are awfully inconsiderate, inconsistent, they rushed the whole construction and there’s bugs crawling all over the floor everyday, appliances are connected correctly, no parking spaces, no pools that were promised by september, ignore people’s request, walls/roof are way too thin. I can hear my upstairs neighbor do anything and everything. Even their TV.... Charges you full amount of rent even though there was nothing ready as promised before signing the contract. They don’t take care of the plants so it’s looks ugly outside with dried up plants, floors are uneven too. There’s so much more but definitely not worth the price.
