I would not recommend this apartment complex based on my experience. This place is now being managed by some type of housing association, which has made it feel extremely horrible and dirty. The management is very unprofessional.

If you move here, don’t expect to get your deposit back. They also did not provide me with an itemized statement for the deductions, despite me requesting it multiple times.

Apartment is infested with roaches, so much so that we cannot even use our kitchen. Office does absolutely nothing about the problem.

Neighbors are very nice and welcoming. The unit is clean but the pictures are deceiving. No room for a table with four chairs in the kitchen area in a 2/1. The unit did not come with a refrigerator, but management/maintenance was able to provide one at a small cost and were very kind about it. Any maintenance issues were resolved same-day and almost immediately. No microwave but that was an inexpensive fix. Fixtures are dated but we have the option of changing them out but replacing if we move... out. The washers are shallow, requiring multiple loads, but that isn’t too big of a deal.
