I’ve really enjoyed living at The Olive! Lynelle, the property manager, and the maintenance team are amazing. They are always quick to respond, address any concerns, and take care of any issues that come up in my apartment.
The community is safe, quiet, and the grounds are beautiful and well-kept. I also love the fitness center — it’s honestly a dream to have a place where I can get a full workout in without having to leave home. Overall, The Olive has been a great place to live, and I really... appreciate how much the team does to make the community such a nice place to be.

Great Experience
I have been living here for a year now and have loved my new space. Lynelle made the application and move in process very easy! Any maintenance request I have placed were addressed almost immediately and the gym is equipped with everything I needed to cancel my gym membership. I appreciate good communication and quick responses from the office staff with any questions I have had since living here.

Great apartment
Easy to get an appointment and they will surely you tour the place before signing any lease contract. Place is great, clean and new. Management especially Lynelle is very accommodating and friendly, will surely attend to your concerns. Highly recommended apartment in Ventura.

One of the best complexes I've lived at!
I've been living here for almost a year now and I couldn't be happier. Everything is so new and modern - all the finishes and hardware are really what drew me to the place. The entire building is safe and gated and the neighborhood is walkable, which I enjoy. Also, maintenance and management are always on top of it and it's nice to see them actively improving the property. Love living here!
