I have been living here for a year now and have loved my new space. Lynelle made the application and move in process very easy! Any maintenance request I have placed were addressed almost immediately and the gym is equipped with everything I needed to cancel my gym membership. I appreciate good communication and quick responses from the office staff with any questions I have had since living here.

Easy to get an appointment and they will surely you tour the place before signing any lease contract. Place is great, clean and new. Management especially Lynelle is very accommodating and friendly, will surely attend to your concerns. Highly recommended apartment in Ventura.

I've been living here for almost a year now and I couldn't be happier. Everything is so new and modern - all the finishes and hardware are really what drew me to the place. The entire building is safe and gated and the neighborhood is walkable, which I enjoy. Also, maintenance and management are always on top of it and it's nice to see them actively improving the property. Love living here!

We just toured The Olive with Kelly and her customer service is EXCELLENT!!!!! Very pleasant and friendly. She took her time with us and was very thorough answering our questions. This property is gorgeous but it was Kelly's outstanding service that completely drew us in! If you haven't toured this property yet, you're missing out!
