new ownership is horrible

New ownership took over this property and made it a nightmare to live there. Always doing his own construction on the weekend, when your trying to relax all you hear is loud noise throughout the day. This place has gone up significantly in price. Not worth the price for such a little tiny living space. There is no parking and bums everywhere. If something needs fixing in the building be prepared for it to not be fixed as they only care about prepping the rooms that need a new tenant. Left my... room exactly how I received it and I got ripped off on my deposit. Not only that but I received it way after my 3 weeks of vacating the property. To get assistance or be able to talk to anyone is impossible. They only care when you first move in and getting your money. They accused me of not paying my rent. When I provided my bank statements showing proof that payment was takin out of my account they still wouldn’t recognize the payment and tried to make me pay the rent again on several occasions. Save yourself the hassle and don’t bother moving in here.
