HORRIBLE PLACE. Bugs, broken things, rude staff.
I lived here for 3 months and for the first 2, my microwave was broken and they would not come fix it. I then started to have a gnat infestation, as they were flying out of the drains and air vents. They did not send any pest control & I had to hire my own. I tenant down the hall had the same bug issue & they would not treat her unit as well. I moved out and was charged a break-lease fee even though the unit was in unlivable conditions.
DO NOT MOVE HERE, save your money!

Awesome building
I’ve been living at Moderno axis for about a month now, and it’s been a great so far. The apartment is comfortable and feels like home. The building is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. They keep everything very clean. I’ve been using the gym a lot and the rooftop bbq area which are awesome. Management has been very easy to reach whenever I’ve had a question. Really happy I decided to move here.
