Management does not care about the tenants. There is a HOMELESS ENCAMPMENT across the street that sell drugs to the tenants. Sometimes the homeless people come on the property to use the laundry room to charge their phones and walk the halls. There are homeless people that sleep in the parking lot. Very loud and noisy building. Management only cares about the MONEY. They charge extra fees for everything. DO NOT MOVE HERE! You will regret it, especially when management does not give you back your... security deposit. They make up lies to keep your money.

Poor management
I've been dealing with this complex since September and I'm ready to blow my top! As of now I'm withholding rent bc they installed windows in my apartment that allow bugs to come through. I've killed hundreds of gnats, mosquitoes and other small flying insects since March and have been given no help or information on fixing the problem till this day! I've sent over twenty emails with pictures and video, nothing. I'm sure if I broke my lease they'd be contacting me then but even with threats of... doing that they still don't reply. Literally stuck in hell.

Bad idea of an apartment.
I wish I would have paid attention more this place is just bad, bad experience so far. Nothing gets fixed and once you email for repairs it’s like you’re leaving in a ghost building. Non existent management. I want to scream right now!!!!! Ugh!
