We were there for a couple of yrs. The manager on site and management company are the problems. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT TENANTS. They will lie to you left and right and nickel and dime you to death. The manager will put on a nice face at first. Don't believe it. Forget about getting your deposit back. Termites that they deny exist even though all the tenants know about them. Rent raises every time they can. Not a total slum, but no respect for the tenants. This is the reason the... turnover rate is so high
