it's decent

It's alright for the price. People are very friendly and the units are well painted, better than your average valley apartment. It's quiet in terms of neighbor's tv's, children, music, etc. But be warned- this is NOT "no pets allowed", half the units have dogs. Had I known that a year ago, I would never have rented here. The ac units and carpeting are about 100 years old, but it's the valley. Mold everywhere. And the pool you pay for is "closed" most of the time...who knows why.
