I moved out over two months ago and still haven't received my deposit or the required accounting of funds. I have reached out numerous times, but the manager is now non-responsive. How bad must your cash flow be if you can't come up with a few grand?

I’ve been a resident at the Monticello apartments for a for about a year and a half and it’s a great place to live. It’s close to everything they keep the building. Very nice and the underground parking is unbelievable.
