My family and I have lived at The Upland Apartments for almost two years, and I can honestly say we have nothing but wonderful things to say about this community. It’s truly been an amazing place to call home.

The management team goes above and beyond for their residents. Andrew, Tara , Donnie the maintenance team, and our wonderful cleaning staff are all incredibly welcoming, friendly, and genuinely caring. They always greet you with a smile and are quick to help with anything you need.... You can tell they truly care about making this a great place to live.

One of the things I appreciate most is how much effort they put into building a real sense of community. They are constantly organizing resident events, contests, and fun activities that bring everyone together. It’s such a thoughtful touch and makes living here feel much more than just renting an apartment.

The property is always beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The team is continuously making improvements and updating the community to keep it looking its best. I also want to give a special shoutout to the cleaning staff. This is a very pet-friendly community, yet the grounds are cleaned daily and are always spotless. Even with so many dogs, the property never has that unpleasant pet odor you find at many other apartment complexes. Their hard work definitely does not go unnoticed.

My husband, our newborn daughter, and I feel very safe and comfortable here. We have never had any issues with excessive noise, and we love how peaceful the community is. It’s the perfect place to raise a family.

Finding an apartment that is beautiful, safe, pet-friendly, well maintained, and has a team that genuinely cares about its residents is rare, but The Upland Apartments has all of that and more. My wife and I lived at the Upland for four years. Tara, Andrew, Donny, Ulyssess were all great and making sure all issues were handled. Pool, gym, clubhouse, and common grounds are all clean and well kept. We only moved because we purchased our first home. It was a great four years and sad to leave the community behind.

I’ve lived here for a year so far, and I have zero complaints. The office staff are friendly and helpful, the maintenance staff are great, the amenities are a plus, and the community is awesome! 10/10!

Just wanted to give a big shout out to Donnie in the maintenance department! He went above and beyond in regards to a maintenance request we had put in. Making the move to The Upland was best move we could have ever made! We love it here!!

Living at The Upland was the greatest experience. Having lived in Los Angeles and New York I was surprised to find such a gorgeous and well-kept building in the Inland Empire. My unit in particular had a view of the nature trails and provided a serene tranquil experience. In addition, the area is walkable to restaurants, shopping, and the building gym is kept up well. The entire team that runs the property and the leasing director Tara are like family. They always responded to emails and went... out of their way to take care of tenants.
