I lived here for three years. They are seriously gouging the tenants and are negligent in their attendance to the people, the property and their obligations. This place is the epitome of slum. GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE

Roach issues, nobody gets back to your calls, you pay for pest control but they don’t spray (I have an indoor camera and watched them walk around), crackheads walking around, break ins, even the leasing office got broken into, MOLD, people sleeping in laundry room… just so many issues and they don’t care

5 star rating. Mia was excellent. She provided a great tour, broke down all the information I needed and helped me every step of the way. Parkside really cares about there residents. Big reason why I moved in.

Poor communication among property managers - 3 different people were covering the role when I was moving in so it was hard to know who to talk to. Very slow to respond to phone calls or emails. You have to ask multiple times if you want something done. I rose a concern multiple times about a homeless person sleeping in the fitness center and was assured changes would be made for safety - after a year, nothing was implemented.
Only some units get an assigned parking spot so be sure to ask... before signing a lease - uncovered spots fill up quickly forcing you to park on the street.
Not actually a smoke-free property, so if that’s important to you don’t move here because the rules are stated but not enforced.
The front door is not well insulated so you can feel a breeze even with the door closed and can hear outside noises from people talking, pets, and children.

once you sign the lease the office will ignore you. they refuse to pick up the phone and answer emails. they ignore the many issues, parking is a big issue and due to its location you can’t park outside the complex, the gate is almost never closed so there are homeless people living in the laundry room, terrible water pressure, people’s property gets stolen and vandalized frequently here. if you want to enjoy your apartment go somewhere else
