There's a detached bathroom and garage parking with full access to common... areas like the living room, kitchen, laundry and backyard (lots of avocados, lemon and fig when in season). I would prefer 1+yr lease commitment and No smoking/vaping/drugs, pets or loud music and limited overnight guest. The house is close to The Marketplace and 55 frwy for convenient shopping and commuting.
I work outside the home M-F in the IT industry. The house is always clean and I prefer a calm, peaceful environment. My hobbies include learning about health, fitness, spirituality and finance. Sometimes, I'll pick up my guitar and learn a song. Diary of a CEO is one of my favorite podcasts at the moment.
Below are your options:
a. Both rooms + private bath + garage parking is $2k/mo + $2k move-in deposit
b. Room 1 + shared bath + garage parking is $1,250/mo + $1,250 move-in deposit
