Freestanding closet cabinet and bedside table included. Small table and chairs as well. This studio is small but has a front porch shielded from the wind and providing some privacy.. Parking is off the street in driveway with respect to the owners parking spots.
Rental space is of the studio, the front patio and of the parking spot. Please note this unit does not have a yard or area conducive to animals. Owner occupied main house respectfully requests no more animals on site.. All utilities are paid for single occupancy. Heating is via baseboard heater and efficient. The apartment has an On Demand hot water heater. Tenant is responsible for WIFI. This is a great place for someone working seasonally in Trinidad or at Cal-Poly.
