I have found 8 roaches in my apt since living here. A few the day we moved in. Trash is left everywhere on the grounds. The main trashcans are locked all the time and people just pile their trash up in the street. Mold is a huge issue too. The place is a dump.

worst apartment I've lived in. could never get ahold of the office and when you stop by during office hours they never seem to be there. trash was everywhere. multiple breakins of the mail room where they would change the locks and residents were unable to even get in.

This complex is terrible. The management refuses to answer phones or call people back. The maintenance crew argues about why things aren't actually broken. The washers and dryers are in a state of disarray. The maintenance guy just resets the breaker and says it's good. There's trash all over the complex and the mechanic shop next door is way too loud.

The worst apartment I've ever had the displeasure of living in. The staff was terrible the entire time, I could never get in touch with any of them. There was constantly trash all over the grounds of the apartment, and aparently the grounds keepers refuse to pick it up. I had multiple issues with the mailboxes being broken into and they still did not hire any security. Then they changed the locks on the mailroom door, didnt not give the residents the new key, which resulted in one of them... kicking the mail room door in. The other residents leave piles of trash outside of their apartments all the time, I assume because the complex refused to unlock the dumpsters. I would give them zero stars if I could. Read More

Horrible. Poorly maintained, cheap appliances, poor service by management, cars broken into twice in 2 months. Never moving back.
