I have been living here for more than 2 years, if you want to move here you will face the following problems
1. Washers and dryers are not working all the time for the last 2 years mostly they have problems
2. Landlord does not have a full-time maintenance guy as per the manager's statement and tents always wait for 1 to few weeks for maintenance work to get done
3. Main building door lock does not work always open
4. Garage gate has a problem mostly remains open
5. For the last 2 years... every year rent went to up
6. Manager is cooperative but I think he is not getting full sport from the landlord to fix the problems

Hidden Gem in Torrance
The apartment itself is very nice and spacious. Laminate wood flooring and new kitchen with granite countertops and dishwasher. There is a laundry room on site that is never too busy. Two parking spaces come with the unit in a gated area. The entire complex is gated making it feel safe. There is a small balcony enough for a patio table, two chairs and a small bbq. Great to sit outside every morning or evening for a meal or coffee to enjoy the breeze. The manager and maintenance guy are very... helpful and accommodating with every need. 1 star off for location and noise of semi-trucks next to a coffee facility. Overall, it is a lovely apartment and a hidden gem in Torrance.
