The outside of the complex is great clean before a lot of flies and flying insects outside because the mulch. Not a problem. It’s tolerable. The inside I have had problems with flies, old, moldy, smell, and the fact that when I first moved in, nothing was clean or replaced. The floor is beaten and old. Has cracks in some places and stain marks. The kitchen cabinets are all water damaged. The walls are poorly painted you can see obvious stain marks. The bathroom is probably the worst being the... tub is just filthy from the previous owner. I have also talked to the landlord he was helpful but unfortunately can’t do much to the restrictions they have. Not a great experience living here. Would not recommend.
