Every room has a smart TV and Alexa, so you can control the lights or play music throughout the condo. The living room has an electric fireplace (great for cozy nights), 75” flatscreen, plenty of seating, and a dedicated work-from-home setup with a large desk and ultra-wide monitor.

The kitchen is completely remodeled and great whether you actually cook or live off takeout from the many nearby restaurants.

The primary bedroom has a queen bed, a 50" smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with heated floors, a heated towel rack, and a Bluetooth speaker. The second bedroom is set up as a guest room / workout room. It has a treadmill, dumbbells, and a full-size pullout sofa bed with a memory foam mattress - but I could take out the couch and you could put in a real bed if you’d like.

There’s also a furnished private balcony, plus in-unit washer and dryer, central AC and heat, and two gated tandem parking spots. The complex has a pool and a small gym as well.

Tarzana is a calm, residential neighborhood. You can walk to grocery stores, restaurants, parks, and bus lines, but having a car definitely makes life easier. The condo is right off the 101, so it’s super easy to get to Sherman Oaks, Encino, Woodland Hills, Calabasas, and the rest of LA.

Looking for a renter with good credit, steady income, and a January or February move-in timeline preferably.

One thing to note: the unit is on the second floor, so there’s one flight of stairs to walk up.
