In all honesty this was the wrist place I have ever rented from. Infested with cockroaches, multiple units. Dealt with neighbors with bed bug infestation. Black mold in both the bathroom and the bedroom. Notified management and the owner with absolutely no resolution to the problem. Had to spend thousands of dollars to move and replace 90% of my furniture and electronics because they were infested with cockroaches. I have never in my life dealt with bugs. This was an absolute nightmare. Do... yourself a favor and do not rent from here

Ok place but would pay more for better
Britton Park Apts are located in a decent area by the park. The price is a little high considering the condition and upkeep by management. 5 year resident.
