Because these were originally built as condos, they have large and spacious units, they have a full size washer and dryer inside the unit which is super convenient. They have a gym. But what truly makes the community great is the management team. They are AWESOME! They really work hard to make this a home for people and they are so on top of things and responsive unlike many horror stories I’ve heard about. We have lived here for 5 years and because they are so great, it is super difficult to... want to move anywhere else. After owning homes most of my life, I kind of feel spoiled living here. Another added bonus is that all of my neighbors are really nice and great as well!

Apartments are great but there has been many car break-in's in the past few years
Apartments are great and decently maintained. The I-5 freeway exits and Sunland grocery store are very close-by. Even though the parking is secured , gated with camera's. There's been recent multiple car break-in incidents in this place. Many cars windows were broken and stuff stolen. I know people will be hesitant to check the police records... but please do check. Also, I know few recent break-in incidents were never reported. Also, be prepared for rental price hike every year before you... signing the contract if at all you plan to stay there for a longer period.
