Management is always changing, repairs are not done in a timely manner and Management communication is slow.

1. For years, they did not respond to almost all of my emails, phone calls, and voicemails for questions, requests, and serious resident concerns. I even went to the office to talk to them about the serious resident complaints that were never resolved.
2. 2 of my cars were keyed. 1 was badly keyed. The office did not help me to check their video surveillance recordings.
3. 1 caw was stolen. The office told me that I needed a court order for my request for them to check their video surveillance... recording.
4. They were either 100% passive or passive aggressive when I reached to them many times for a long time regarding resident concerns. They never followed up with me to provide me with any updates. It's as if all of my requests went into a black hole.
5. When I had serious problems with heavy smoking from other apartments, the office ignored 99% of my emails expressing concern. I even went to the office to ask them to come to my building to see for themselves, which they did not.
