A Great Place to Live -- for 35 years!

We have lived at Hoffman Plaza since it was still under construction in 1987, a total of 35 years! Obviously, we like being here. Over the years we have seen the neighborhood evolve into an upscale and highly desirable location, with the CBS-Radford Studio Center at the end of our short street, upscale shops and markets within walking distance, a weekly Farmers Market just around the corner. The building is in excellent condition, extremely well maintained and, with just 19 units, we are a... quiet and friendly family of tenants. We’ve made many friends here, and frequently stop and chat in the courtyard. The Owner runs a tight ship. She insists on cleanliness and ensures all the facilities are in top condition. She frequently upgrades units with new appliances and performs regular safety inspections. She has installed an extensive security system and upgraded it several times, making this a very safe place to live. When there is a problem, she immediately dispatches her very efficient and courteous maintenance crew, and repairs are done quickly and thoroughly. We feel lucky to live here, and highly recommend it.

Location! Location! Location!

Hoffman Plaza is yards away from the shops, restaurants and grocery stores on Ventura Boulevard. Everything you need is within walking distance. CBS / Radford Studios is situated at the end of this quiet street. Every Sunday, just around the corner, the Farmer's Market offers a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables. This 19 unit complex offers a beautiful pool and secure underground parking. The manager, Virginia Trail, is attentive to tenant needs. I have lived in this building for a... comfortable 20 years, and highly recommend it to potential renters. Ron

Seven Years (April '21) and Counting!

Hoffman Plaza has been home for my son and I for nearly seven years. He has lived in the "Valley" for over half his life and will say, "this is the best place I've lived."
We can share living here because our two-bedroom, two bath apartment allows plenty of privacy and space where our individual lives can both mesh and remain separate.
This neighborhood is peaceful and quiet and located where you can walk to virtually any and all services. It is a safe neighborhood where everyone is comfortable...
walking at any hour of the day or night. No, you cannot have a pet here, but you'll find plenty of friendly folks who walk theirs and share them with you.
Parking is gated and secure along with the main and side entrances.
Cleanliness and upkeep are a top priority with the management, led by owner Lynn, manager Virginia and their attentive maintenance staff.
Hoffman Plaza is more than "just an apartment," it is a home.
There are so many more things that make living here special but you'll need to live here to fully appreciate them.

Home Sweet Home

I have lived at Hoffman Plaza for approx. 18 years and it has been a wonderful experience. The management has always been kind and courteous and they take much pride in keeping the building in pristine condition. This is a beautiful, well-managed property; very well kept and it's an absolute pleasure living here. Two big thumbs up!
