The area is incredible and comfortable. I received the unit in very good condition, and the rooms are very spacious—as are the closets. The management staff was super attentive and helped me with all my questions regarding the application process. I definitely recommend Sorrento Apartments.

i feel terrible about this place, i once considered this home but now im just always nervous that when i walk up its somethin on my door or hidden charges. i need to hurry and find a place badly

This place is horrible! Please save your time and body and look for somewhere else to live. The new management is horrible and worse of all, they are rude. There is never anyone in the office, when I call for maintenance, they take forever to show up. Even when I make an appointment, THEY FORGET TO COME. Don't let this place fool you. Yes they are newly renovated and it may look nice on the outside but the renovations are so poorly done. The nails in the cabinets still stick out and the paint is... so cheap that it will rub and peel off when it gets wet with water. The ventilation is poor in the restroom and there is always mildew forming due to the steam from the showers and the faulty fan for not doing a good job. There is endless construction here at the complex and I feel like they are trying to renovate the each apartment complex so fast that they are not doing a good job at it. Everything will break on you in this apartment because that is how bad the workers are doing the renovations. The worse part is the management hands down. They are very unprofessional and they give you attitude. No one should be treated that way. There is always only one lady working and she is always so busy for some reason. If you are that busy, please hire another person. Also, they will raise your rent once you sign a new contract so please don't be fooled. You are better off somewhere else. Read More
