I tried doing a self tour that never happened that ask for your credit card but don’t let you access.
Then I tried doing a tour with the front office the customer service was horrible . I would never recommend .

IMT Wood ranch is a very nice place to be and live the grounds are always clean and kept up and the office staff make everything to understand very simple and easy. The maintenance staff Alex and Brian are amazing always going above and beyond when it comes down to running and taking care of this place. service requests are done very quickly and with honesty and dedication Brian is always caring and very helpful when it comes to needing help on any issue and takes pride in his work. Living here... has been a wonderful experience and recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to call home.

We have been living in Rancho Corrales for almost two years, we are renewing our lease in September because we can't imagine living anywhere else. Is a beautiful community, everything is well maintained, the landscaping, pool area, Internet lounge and the apartments.Jessica at the office is friendly, caring and professional. We are very happy in this community, we enjoy walking around with our two doxies , grilling at the pool and talking to our friendly neighbors. Rancho Corrales is a... community we love coming home to after a long day at work.

My fiancé and I moved to these apartments in February 2015. We have a one and a half year old son who is full of life and energy! We love our apartment because our son is able to run around and be happy! Our old apartment he was not able to do that! The whole environment in this area is amazing! Our neighbors are wonderful, staff is wonderful! I'm so happy we made the switch!
