A nice apartment...but...
First, the positives: the property is right in the center of pretty much everything. There is a target within two blocks, pretty much in walking distance. Ralphs and Pavilions are close by, as well as three CVS locations. Actually, transit is great...the Metro stops literally at the front door!
There are two swimming pools, one in the front building and the other in the rear. Parking is numbered according to your unit number, so it may not be great for any visitors. Which brings me to the not... so great parts of this building: both the front door to the complex and the driveway gate are closed to non-residents. There is a keypad, but at the time of this writing it is not operational. Deliveries may also be problematic, because access is very limited... And even more limited if you have a unit in the rear building. Not great for grocery or restaurant deliveries.
There are laundry facilities, but you'll have to provide your own change. Rent is paid with personal check or money order; there is no online payment portal as of this writing.
The possible good news is that we have had a change in on site management, which means there's the possibility that things can change, but as if 1/19/2024, that's the most complete description I can give.
I have been a resident here for 3 years.
