Overall this is a decent building and we've had few complaints in the 2 1/2 years we've been here. Our main problem has been getting repairs done promptly and competently (as a point of reference -- there is a 2' square GAPING HOLE in our bathroom ceiling from a leaking AC unit, and it's been there for almost a month). These untimely repairs are a problem that has somehow managed to persist even though our building manager has changed (twice). However, we're immensely grateful that this building... is free of pests, and it's also nice to be located adjacent to a quiet residential area where we can go for walks or ride our bikes in the evenings. We also appreciate the secure entrance -- no dinnertime solicitors!
