There have been some great things happening at Greenwood Apts. Since the new owner has taken over, things have gotten a lot better here. Security cameras have been installed & are monitored daily. The grounds look great & they have installed new benches, tables & BBQ's all over. The pool area looks great with new furniture & beautiful flowers all around. There is a nice screened in area to sit in. There are even new pool toys for the kids to enjoy. The grounds look great & are family friendly.... The on-site handy man addresses any problems right away. The manager is friendly & helpful. She has many great plans for the future to make The Greenwood Apts. a safe, happy, all around great place to live.
