The beautifully laid out Overlook at Fountaingrove majestically sits atop a hillock, literally a master of all it surveys. A slightly steep driveway with manicured spider plants and lavendar bushes on either side, leads upto a beautiful set up of apartment homes painted in shades of ochre and burnt orange with clay thatched bungalow style roofs. All this amidst an almost forest like periphery surrounding the complex. The pool is strategically placed as the center of attraction and gleams like... light blue jewels in the afternoon sun. Ranging from one beds to townhomes, this is truly apartment therapy and Ive experienced it for the past one year. I daresay I would never want to move.

I wish I lived here!!
OMG...viewsl...garage...entry into your own laundry room...spacious!! Luxurious! Granite counter tops!! A turetted entertaining lobby with expansive terracotta patio with a suneset view of Santa Rosa! All of this and the clencher was i visited my dream apartment at 2pm on a hot summer day and the carribean blue pool was NOT over run by children. Perfect for a single professional woman who happened to notice all of the single professional men!! Singles paradise!
