Hi everyone these are falsely advertised. The door to the right that is conveniently hidden in this photo is another door to another apartment these are narrow small apartments squeezed together not town homes. The drive way and Grauge go to the three bedroom upstairs and the down stairs are two bedroom with no parking offered and the street is marked red fire lane all the way through the entire neighborhood so everyone has racked up expensive tickets in addition to rent because there is not... parking from the front of your apartment to blocks away. The owner synergy properties charges illegal extra fees on your rent portal and now are adding 100 garbage can fines because the streets are so narrow and there is no where for people to put out their cans with out them
Getting ran over sometimes the garbage people won’t even empty your can because there is no room for them to come through the street. There are also car break ins a lot of theft and homeless people by your door looking in your cans and back patios. Management does not do anything to help the tenants live in a safe environment.
All they care about is racking up as much money from tenants as they can
There are small alley ways where people
Leave garbage and mattresses there are rats running through the alley ways to the front doors. The 2 bedrooms are narrow and squeezed together you can barely fit to walk through the hallway with out squeezing your shoulders inwards. These are so poorly designed you can not enter or exit your front door if your upstairs neighbor has suv or truck because there is no room in the drive ways that the parking space blocks your front door it’s. You’ll be fine if you rent a 3 bedroom, but there’s literally no parking anywhere for the downstairs units. The street is entirely a red zone and there’s no parking lots anywhere close. You have to park in the neighborhood over and walk a literal mile to get home.

This place is a parking nightmare. If you have a vehicle expect to add parking tickets into your rent. They are all the time and there’s no actual parking in this neighborhood. 0/10 do not recommend

apartments are good but there is parking place this is so awful.

Units are beautiful & very modern but the parking is awful. No parking signs everywhere with red lines. When moving here expect to get tickets from the city of Santa Rosa for the parking!!
