This place is perfect in terms of location in Santa Monica. It can't get much better! It's just far enough back that it's nice a quiet at night and still close enough to all the action. The courtyard is very cute and I always feel safe and secure. There could be some updates in the apartments, but the price I pay is so great that I won't complain!
