Broken down building with in a great location. Very Poorly maintained, rude and belligerent building Manager
The building is purposely poorly maintained by the latest building manager. Starting at the entry and exits the locks on gates and garage are rusted and barely functional. Most would consider this a code violation or fire hazard. The electrical in the building is old and dangerous at times, many outlets just do not function, others cause power surges and fear of shock. The plumbing is deteriorated with constant water breaks, backups in units, with overflowing or drainage issues. Mold is a... constant worry throughout the hallways and in units. The elevator is very old and covered by a facade but is constantly out of service and broken down. The balconies themselves are rotting and unstable. Since Delores has taken over as building manager she has refused to provide the most basic repairs for the building including repair of locks on entry/exit gates, building locks, or even simple drainage issues. The manager has made all of the issues Tenant responsibility and refuses to maintain the building.
