This full bathroom offers the original meticulous Spanish tiles with a shower tub combination. Each bedroom has a walk-in closet offering ample room for your clothes. This unique unit is approximately 850 square feet, larger than some homes! Santa Monica schools are considered of the best in Los Angeles County. Move in and relax, you're home! Unit will go fast, come visit your new home! Each occupant must sign the lease. There is a 12 month minimum. I don't require tenants to have insurance, but it is recommended. Garage parking is available with the unit. Street parking is available with City Parking Permit Management. The unit should be kept clean without damage, normal wear and tear is acceptable. Any damage beyond wear and tear will result in deductions from your security deposit. We are a non smoking building. The City of Santa Monica prohibits smoking within 20 feet of any building. Pet deposit is $500. Credit score of 650 is preferred, but negotiable. Tenant pays for gas and electricity.
